My dad and I worked with Linden to purchase a used Audi Q5 as my first car. Linden was very patient and detailed as he explained pretty much everything I needed to know about buying a car and driving and maintaining my Audi. Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.

Service was amazing! I would say we were in and out within an hour and a half our advisor explained everything to us. We have no complaints.

Amazing overall. The only drawback is the range. 210miles. However, it has very fast charge (30min for full capacity). Ride quality is perfect, quiet and comfortable…much much better than Model Y.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love that this car requires little maintenance, NO GAS, and NO FLUIDS! Looks and feels like a luxury SUV without being overly futuristic (as some electric cars look).

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. As for a 1st generation EV, pretty happy overall. Some kinks to be expected, but nothing catastrophic. The most annoying thing that doesn't work well is the myAudi app- does not consistently sync or work lots of time. Might as well make a service appt at the time of delivery to have the rear tailbar ordered as I have had 2 bad ones on both eTrons I got on the 1st day! But- I got an uber aggressive lease deal so I'm very happy.

easy to plug in and unplug. Love the front grill movement for plugging in and then back. Sport seats with leg extender Awesome for long driving, and around town. Plenty of pickup and drives just like you would expect in an Audi; handles well with Europen attention to steering and speed.
