I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I am super pleased with my recent experience here! My service representative Erika was fantastic. She was very technically knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and then some, in addition to handling my challenges about the recommended services. I had front brake pads replaced; new tires installed, and brake fluid flushed. Everyone I interacted with was professional and polite. Definitely plan to go again when needed.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen until now. My experience with Audi Henderson was as good as an in-person experience. They answered all my questions almost immediately and no question was beneath them. They understood I was laying out $40K for sight un-seen car and helped me throughout the entire process. My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

They were great from the get go. Not too aggressive to sell. Answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I bought a beautiful car and it will be delivered to my door in Tucson today. I’m very excited! Would recommend Audi of LAs Vegas to anyone looking for a nice luxury vehicle.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.
