Everything was the great for the most part. However, I ended up being their over 4 hours due to a staffing issue. Everyone there did make the stay as good as possible.

I had no problems with this vehicle at all. It had a real nice feel when driving and the heated seats were appreciated in the winter.

My salesman was John Fulp. He did an outstanding job coordinating the sale of my certified 2024 BMW X5 M Sport. He did an amazing job moving the vehicle from Hendrick BMW in Charlotte, NC to Charleston, SC. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and ensured the sale was very smooth. I really enjoyed his ?down to earth? and friendly sales style that he has honed over his 23 years as a salesman. Seth Young, the Business Manager, took care of the multitude of paperwork and actual collection of payment. This process was very smooth and professional. Seth was personable and put no pressure on me to purchase additional products. Lastly, Justin Moore, helped me set up all the tech in the X5. Justin was sharp, proficient and a good teacher. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

Man this place is one of the best place in California to buy a car they are super legitimate and will work with every situation and story. They treat you like family first before you’re a customer. Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
