The Audi Q5 is very quiet, comfortable and easy to drive. It's 2 liter, turbo engine has plenty of power. The all wheel drive is excellent, as I had no trouble whatsoever getting up a steep hill on our neighborhood during the snow days. The only negative is the center hump in the back which decreases the comfort of a 5th passenger.
Replied to an sales ad for a used car and received a response from a salesperson shortly thereafter. Salesman replied with some mechanical deficiencies with the car and its availability. Also replied later with a note regarding my interest in setting up an appointment for a test drive of the vehicle. This dealership is very professional and seem to be willing to help customers whenever needed.

I bought the Q5 in November and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The handling is superb the layout of the control panel and navigation screens is on point.
You might not expect a high-end car dealer in Tyson's Corner to be a good place to buy a used car, but it is. This was the third dealer I visited in my search for a minivan. I had researched extensively on cars.com and another site and the car at Audi Tyson's was the best deal. The buying experience went smoothly with no bull.
We traded emails with Konstantin a few times over the last few weeks. The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. He quickly gathered the information and passed it on. We met and test drove the car. He was not pushy. Left us with the car and told us to come inside when were made a decision. We paid with a check, so no financing and we closed on the vehicle in minutes. So quick. So easy. Great place to buy a used car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

It is very confortable, strong, lots of power, has just about everything I will need in a car. Very classic looking. Elegant, in one word..... I love it !!
I researched our Honda /Acura purchase for over two weeks using every resource available. I also contacted over 15 dealerships for quotes.
Brian Welsh from Radley Acura, Bailey's Crossroads was the only sales person who truly listened, understood what I was looking for and responded with a reasonable quote from the start.
When I arrived at the dealership Brian had multiple choices ready for us to evaluate. There was no pressure, and nothing was hidden. Brian did what he said he would do! We didn't get turned over to multiple layers of management, Brian was empowered and knowledgeable.
When it was time to meet the Finance Manager Matt, he displayed the same level of professionalism and knowledge as Brian Welsh.
The sales team at Radley Acura is awesome and I highly recommend them. Out of the 6 local dealers we visited, Radley Acura was the only one that I felt offered us a fair price from the start, had a trained team of professionals, and was looking to earn a repeat customer. Great car. It has plenty of room . It is quite comfortable. Only problem is the layout of the MMI system between seats. Hard to get drink in holder because I definitely don't want to spill on system. Buttons have been stuck due to this. Other than that no complaints whatsoever. Drives like a charm. LOVE it!!
This place is awesome. I came to Radley after I had a bad experience with Pohanka. I leased a 2018 MDX here and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall purchase. Got the car I wanted at a great price and didn’t have a hassle of going back and forth a bunch of times. From start to finish, Nader Sulaiman went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had in an extremely timely manner. He was transparent in regard to pricing from the very beginning and made the experience as enjoyable as a car buying experience could be. He was attentive and proactive, but not in a way where I ever felt pressured or outside of our comfort zone. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Acura!
We were in the market to upgrade to a family SUV, and we're very happy with doing so at Audi Arlington. Savas was a great sales rep, was helpful with every question we had, and made the whole buying process a great experience. We look forward to buying another Audi here again!

Great quality, fun to drive, a terrific automobile! The Audi product deserves a second look it's comfortable and performs very well in all types of road conditions.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
