From start to finish, he was kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. No gimmicks, no pressure, no games. He was super responsive and answered every question I had with patience and detail. I felt like I could actually relate to him and trust what he was saying. He clearly knows Subarus inside and out and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. Then he delivered exactly that at a price I honestly did not think was possible. Reddit even raved about the deal I got which says a lot. It is rare to walk away from a dealership feeling this good about both the purchase and the person who helped you. Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I haven’t purchased here, but I’ve been a prospect and they are well priced and very transparent with the vehicle history. They’re also prompt with follow up. The person who posted the fact that they are Ukraine owned has zero impact on them as a business. In fact, the same person posted twice just to damage the ratings. There’s always a dingdong out there.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!
