A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.
