I have been looking for a decent 4x4 or all wheel drive car since this spring, and they had a used one on the lot that seems to be in good condition, and a Subaru no less, for an affordable price! I will update in a few months if anything changes, but so far so good. It is covered under warranty if there are any faults in 90 days, and additional 1 and 2 year plans are also available.
Jeff was very personable and professional, and did our check and paperwork so we could take our car home the same day. I'm so happy with my new (used) car!

After realizing what the problem was, they were helpful in getting it resolved. I was disappointed, though, in the cost. I had to pay $100 to figure out the problem, then buy the part myself and another $150 to put the new part in. I felt it was a little expensive.
The service was fine and was done as I asked. My issue came when we went to check out. I had signed up online for the 15,000 mile service which included oil change with filter. tire rotation and topping off all fluid levels. The charge was to be in the 69.00 dollar range according to the online offer. When we went to checkout the bill was almost 100$. I explain to the service manager and he could not find the offer I described. He did make the adjustment after he could see I was upset that they had no record of this service. He charged me just for the tire rotation less than 20.00$. I told him that i wanted to pay more inline of what the offer I signed up for was 70.00$. i didn't feel right not paying for my service. I went home and checked online and could not bring up the service I had originally signed up for. i am not sure what happened and was sorry I had not printed the offer out. I purchased top off the line cx5 and would like to have service done at a fair price to everyone. Thank you scott jones
I found the staff, especially Randy, to be knowledgeable about Audi automobiles, and willing to share information and ask questions. I was also pleased to be able to compare two different models to assist in my decision. Matt, in finance was helpful and knowledgeable. The area that was slightly under par, was then there was a bit of an extended wait for the final step of the purchase.
Wayne County has serviced my Ford Fusion for over three years. They always do the service and repairs on time and correctly. The dealer costs are the same as any other repair shop. They match or beat prices on tires, etc. Andrew, Chris and the service team are friendly and knowledgeable. Next new car will be from Wayne County
