I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

Over one year owning this car and I'm still as smitten with it as on day 1. This car is still the best all-around SUV on the market right now, in my opinion. I hope to see the PHEV tradeoffs deliver more range in the future. Mine gets plugged in daily. For me it's getting about 30 ev / 330 total miles per refueling. I'm looking forward to the bigger Audi models getting the same system with larger range figures.

I purchased a 2022 Q5e prestige and have owned it for four months. It currently has 5k miles. My overall rating would have been 5 stars if not for a charging issue that took two weeks to resolve (the car would not charge using an L2 or L2 charger). After they replaced the charging harness everything has been perfect. I bought the Audi Q5e specifically because it had decent enough all-electric range, EPA rated at 22 miles which works for my commute. The good news is that I have yet to have a full charge under 29 miles. Most are in the 30-35 range. The highest was 42 miles. I've taken a few road trips in the 250 mile range and averaged 34-36 MPG. If I use NAV, the car is very good at parsing out the battery so it lasts nearly to the destination. It takes about 2.5 hours on an L2 charger from zero to full. The seats are extremely comfortable, great for long trips. The AC is the best I've seen (even better than my wife's X1) and the user interface is easy and makes sense. The touch screen is big and responsive, however it is a bit of a stretch but that is really splitting hairs. The trunk is plenty big, the handling is smooth, the cabin is spacious and whisper-quiet. Absolutely love the adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist. The back seat is great for two adult passengers (3 is a bit cramped but possible), and even tilts for additional comfort. I bought the car to cut down on my CO2 emissions and to prep for my next vehicle which will be fully electric. The Q5e is an excellent car with amazing tech.

I can honestly say buying a used car through Mercedes Benz of Salt Lake City was the best experience I’ve had buying a car through a dealership. All the employees were great to work with. I am very satisfied with the Q5e, it is only 3 months old and 2000 miles. Either in the city or on the highways it is an excellent car.

I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries.
