The staff that I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable.
....after a great test drive and a review of some cosmetic issues I went home to assess the pros/cons of this. I followed up the next day via email with several questions and never heard back from them....
Good very large car, some room for improvement

Good quality, no mechanical issues. Very responsive engine for such a heavy car. Last row is not spacious at all. The controls for the radio console are located right below the cupholders where it is very easy to spill drinks. This car can be hard to maneuver because it is so large.
Ali made it really easy to buy our new car! He wasnt pushy or anything like that i would recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

This is our 3rd Audi Q7 and I could not say enough good things about it. I had Audi A4’s , A6’s and currently own a Audi A8. I never had to do anything to this vehicles other that regular oil changes and tired. If you are considering an Audi, you are going to be pleasantly surprised!
Great place to buy a used car! The guys are super helpful and more than fair on trade ins! My family has bought a dozen different vehicles from them and they are always the first dealership we go to.

Great comfortable vehicle to drive!
Very stylish inside and out. The only downside to this vehicle is the gas mileage. We were averaging about 12 MPG, but it was mainly surface street driving. All highway driving we would get about 20 MPG.
I have leased 5+ cars from this dealership. I continue to appreciate all levels of service that I have been provided over the last 10-14 years. They have never let me down!
Love this car it’s the bomb.com

I love it... the design, the amenities, and most importantly-reliability is excellent...I work definitely would recommend and purchase another one. Once you drive an Audi it’s in a class all by itself..
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Beautiful but breaking down

I love the looks and performance of this car. But it’s expensive to fix. Just needed a new hose because the power steering fluid is leaking. And it cost $650 for parts and labor ($400 just for the part). The tires wear out quickly. The Nav and interior electronics are clumsy to use. But it is smooth to drive even being 10 years old.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! We found a car online that we were interested in and made an appointment to see it. Eloy, our salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. 90 minutes later we drove away in our new car. Great Experience.

The Audi Q7 2009 is the more bang for your buck, value is how the SUV handles over the time. Miles show me that it has the stamina to take me where I need to go in the style I definitely deserve!
It was a great experience I got the vehicle I wanted and was not pressured at all. This was the best buying experience I had .
I just got it and drive it from CT to Minnesota

The car got 172,000 miles, but drove like a cham, because it was well cared for and one owner. Everything works well dispite thr hight mileage. I will recommend to.anyone to buy this Q7 if a carfax is done, so as not to spend alot on maintenance . Another good thing is the navigation is 99.9 accurate all the way from CT via New Jesey, Chicago and now in Minnesota about 1500 miles total base on my route. I do have a VV Tuareg, but this car is more stable though same 3.6 engine.
I found exactly what I was looking for. Very respectful and reasonable. Quick and had knowledge in the truck I was looking at. Thanks guys

This car is great it's just very unreliable and needs to be repaired by a German engineer so I don't not recommend unless you have one handy
