I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Service Consultant did an exceptional job at customer service and communication with me to keep me informed with repair needed, under warranty, taking care of rental for first 2 days and then getting me a brand new loaner, which I had for a month since the part was back ordered. I really appreciated the loaner and great customer service. Service Manager, Ashley, took good care of me when I returned the loaner, she was so nice and friendly.

This dealership is by far one of the best I've been to, great attention to detail and great customer service. Also they're taking very good measures in this though time with the Corona Virus in maintaining social distance a much a posible.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

2013 Beetle, stretched timing chain, 82,000 miles, $3600 job turned out was covered under warranty. Took them 3 weeks, it's a big job, lots of parts and labor intensive. That car runs as if it were brand new. We are pleased.

I had a appointment schedule they were slow to get started and the young lady to check me out took forever. She wasn't sure of what she was doing. Not really friendly.

easy to see why they have a 4.9 satisfaction score. Nice, knowledgeable, and fair is hard to beat. Went over and above to solve a last minute problem. Service lady was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this group!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Appointment was done quickly. Service provider was awesome and friendly- explained everything in detail, waiting area is comfortable and smelled wonderful (I would love to know what scent service you use)
