With Marissa, I did not have a problem. The problem was with parts department that they take too long to get my part 2 1/2 months that?s the only problem I had. Plus I take my car because I like comes out that one of the tires is getting flat and there?s no answer to my I take it. I bring it take it no solution. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
