Service was great at Audi Fort Myers Only disappointment was the cost. Audi as a company had the highest service and part cost when compared to Mercedes Benz and Ford (my other vehicles) for comparable work.

They go out of their way to make you feel valued. Everything they did seemed to me to be above and beyond what's expected from customer service.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. Kudos to Ralph and the technicians that worked on my car!

I reached out concerning a vehicle listed on the website and they promptly answered my questions. We set up a test drive and they had the vehicle ready to roll! I loved it and we were able to move forward quickly with the trade in of my vehicle and purchase of the new one. Everyone we met was friendly and straightforward. This thing is a rocket ship, super comfortable and incredibly fast. I highly recommend it. The 2.5 5 Cylinder is such a unique sound, better than any V6 on the market.

Aggressive new look with comfort, power and handling. RS driving mode is insane. Picked up mine in kylamiie green, fully loaded as it can get. Would recommend this car to anyone looking for an aggressive look and ride.

I saw an RS3 on the lot and said to the sales guy, "That looks like a boy racer car." He said, "It is." I said "I'l take the red one!" It hasn't disappointed. The only thing I would like is power seats.

The RS3 is a great mix of performance practicality and understated luxury. It may not be as focused as a M2 Or similar, But it has all wheel drive peace of mind and four doors.

Nothing compares to this rocket. You have aggressive styling, incredible luxury and power that launches you far ahead of most Lambos. Never had an issue with this car.
