Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. I never felt pressured by the financing department or to buy, but I was already interested in the Land Rover so it was not hard to sell me.
