The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

My husband Stan and I both needed new vehicles. After having a terrible experience purchasing my vehicle at a CDJR dealer in Brooksville, Stan and I went to Jim Browne CDJR in Dade City to purchase his vehicle. We met with Chris Cusker. What a huge difference from my experience. Chris as well as Beau in finance were extremely nice, completely honest and above board. They disclosed everything to us, answered all of our questions and unlike my experience we left the dealership with all of the paperwork from the sale. The dealership itself is very clean with a relaxing and comfortable service waiting area. Without disclosing one of the problems I had with my vehicle from the Brooksville dealer, suffice to say, Gene, a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman in Jim Browne's service department resolved it. This dealer is by no means close to where we live but they are certainly worth the drive for both vehicle purchases and service. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. I had a 2015 s3 premium plus, I liked it so much I traded up for a 2017 s3 prestige in Vegas yellow. This car is beautiful to look at and a blast to drive. It makes me smile every time I look at it and it's a treat to get behind the wheel. The color makes people smile. It's like the perfect car, such a good mix of everything, I can't think of anything i’d rather drive. Audi hit a home run with this car.

Car went in for oil and filter. During inspection, found the front brakes needed replacement. Service advisor, John, then provided me with a loaner. Very helpful.
