Back Roads Automotive review
I went in just to look at a Dodge Ram truck that they had on their lot. I met Mike and he was very friendly and was helpful. I had a Chevy that I wanted to trade in and they were willing to work on a payoff with me. Once I had the truck I was concerned about the front brakes squeaking. I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

2021 Audi S5 review
Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. 2016 Audi S5 review
I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

Fantastic customer service, on the phone and in person. Saw the car on-line in Central Florida and was contacted by Dan in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I flew up to Raleigh the next day and Dan arranged for transportation from the airport. Met with Dan and Dave at the dealership and was very impressed with them, a font of information about the car. Drove my 1995 Jaguar XJS off the lot after an hour, very happy with the purchase. Great drive back to Florida with the top down! 2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

2016 Audi S5 review
I found a low mileage certified-pre-owned and could not resist. The new price is a bit high, but as a CPO it offers good value. Acceleration, braking and handling (with the limited slip differential) are all superb. Interior design is ergonomically excellent. Tech is a bit dated, but totally acceptable if you have the Tech Package. It does not draw a lot of attention, but is classically beautiful. This car puts a stupid grin on my face every time I drive it.
