The appointment was pleasant and speedy, however the price was a bit on the high side. I priced the same service at Checkered Flag and it was way less expensive. I???ll definitely result to YouTube in the future for changing bulbs. Abby is great, she???s always sweet to my daughter!
I went in because my heat isn???t working correctly and dealt with Andrew. I???ve only been to Southern Volkswagen a couple of times but every time I go in Andrew is always the one to help. He???s always filling us in on what???s being done, what needs to be done and doesn???t let you leave with any unanswered questions. I appreciate all he???s done for us! This is the second dealership I???ve been to in my entire life. My old dealership back in Ohio (hometown) were rude, always tacking on unnessecary repairs to make more money and I cringed at the thought of bringing my car in for even an oil change. But I can say that Southern Volkswagen has done a great job!

Hall Acura Virginia Beach and Ron Perry were amazing to work with. I'm so happy! Got a great car at a great price and everyone there was so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car.
Although I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle I was disappointed with my interaction with the service staff. Initially Carlos was very positive but things went forward not so much. I have concerns regarding communication between the staff members. When I am quoted one price and upon check out I am told something else, then when I think that the situation is corrected and try to checkout a second time the amount is still not what I was originally quoted. As a customer I should not have to work to get a price honored that I was originally promised. Regardless of the lack of communication between the staff members. I understand that we were customers that were acquired by your purchase of Perry Buick but to be honest this experience was NOT a very good first impression. Hopefully you will do better moving forward. Otherwise I???m going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.
Very convenient, quick process. Professional salesmanship. Process from start to finish was very quick. Was told what was occurring during the entire process. Would recommend for your next car purchase.
Every six months I always come in for my oil change, filter. They also check the car over and fine other things that need to be done , I have three things that they found and I will be bringing the car in for the service in a few months. They did the things I needed and I was out in one hour. They are a good group of Guys.
