April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I found supreme Motors 2 years ago, after doing a relentless search for what I wanted I found it at Supreme. It was a 2018 q7 Audi prestige, fast forward 2 years later that car was Totalled due to minor Bumper Damage and rear floor damage...I researched Supreme again for the last month in half, as it takes me time to pull the trigger... Looked at hundreds of different vehicles with 100s of other dealers.....watched every vehicle come an go out of jeffs lot....always had my eye on a certain one 2022 BMW x7, an when I went an seen jeff on saturday, I got in it an thats all it took. I found My New Unicorn..It Drives like a Dream an I keep pinching myself waiting to wake up.....Jeff is a ROCKSTAR, So laidback an easy to deal with, sure he a salesman, but he is also an Owner, which means he has Big Skin in the game..Knowledge is power an he has plenty of it....Just Know this, if you step onto Supremes Lot you are going to find the most Beautiful an supreme looking cars on the west Coast, meticulously maintained, clean carfax, shined an primed.There are plenty of used cars out there but if you truly do ur homework, You should end up at Supreme.... 2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.
