Got to experience the Sewell treatment, and it was a great experience. I don't buy cars every now and then, but I do remember the dreaded feeling of going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson with all the sweetened talk, sneaky tactics, hidden fees, and even plain lies. We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer.
