Everything was great. I dropped my car off for an oil change and got a loaner vehicle. When my car was ready they called and I picked it up. No issues.

When we finished with the preliminary process, everything else seemed easy Izzi in finance was very pleasant and very friendly and helpful getting the process done. While we waited Jeff the sales manager sat with us to have a pleasant conversation about our new car and made us feel at home and welcoming. At the end of the process Austin introduced us to Isaiah Villarreal walking us through all the features of the car and necessary hook ups to get us going out of the dealer. I can highly recommend Audi Henderson as a great place to find the right car. However, its not only about the car its about the way they treated us that made a world of difference in the entire experience. Unbelievably Helpful. Great customer service, went there to turn in my lease from another local Audi dealership that was the complete opposite of Audi Las Vegas. Met my service rep Curtis and it was a night and day experience which led My wife and I to decide to keep our 2023 A4 and buy out the lease and will now be having it serviced with Audi Las Vegas for the duration of our loan. I was assisted by a sales rep named Fritz B. He made initial contact and was very responsive. When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for our test drive, he explained a good portion of the features of the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had in reference to it. He didn’t apply any unwanted pressure which made the process of buying the car seamless. The finance manager was also very kind and patient. I walked out with my dream car. And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. I enjoyed my car buying experience and will be back when it’s time for my husbands car!!

We've always had perfect service! The service staff checked the car first, then asked us about any new concerns or any issues, and discussed. Waiting time wasn't long at all, we've gotten Uber credit to go for a quick lunch, then the car is ready, nice job done!

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle.
