We had a fantastic experience at BMW of Carlsbad! My husband and I recently purchased a used BMW X3, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. We scheduled an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle, and when we arrived, it was pulled up front and ready for us. Martin, our sales associate, was attentive and easy to work with. When we noticed a small issue with the car, he immediately took it seriously. While we started the paperwork, he had the vehicle brought back into the shop to have it properly checked out. The foreman did a thorough job diagnosing and fixing the issue, which gave us so much confidence in our purchase. I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Just left Herman Cook this afternoon with a pre-owned Jetta 2016. Today's purchase was my third trip to Herman Cook over the past two weeks. It was a big decision for us to purchase a VW after having been Toyota owners for so many years. I appreciate the fact that the sales team honored our need to test drive multiple cars and make multiple trips to the dealership to arrive at our decision. No one was pushy or tried to contact us with a sales pitch in the interim. We worked with both Frank and Jodi, who both demonstrated knowledge of the VW product line and honest feedback about all of the pre-owned inventory of which we were interested. I'm a neurotic shopper who asks lots of questions and who test drove seven different cars on the lot; Frank and Jodi were patient and resourceful in the process. The purchase was no-haggle. Rightly so. Look for yourself and you'll see that Herman Cook's vehicles are priced well below other dealerships in San Diego County, Orange County and San Bernardino County. The pre-owned, certified Jetta we purchased was priced at about $1500 lower than the lowest priced comparable vehicle listed elsewhere. One of the reasons we chose to purchase a VW is that we live locally in Encinitas and want to have a trustworthy/convenient place where we could take it for maintenance. We clearly found the right automotive home in this dealership.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I was shopping for a new used car and saw they had a few cars I would like. Stopped by to look on their lot. They have some nice cars... I could tell they take pride in their cars.. saw a silver bmw convertible that looked great. I loved the no pressure attitude. Prices seemed fair especially after the salesman told me all repairs and maintenance had already been done. He showed me the back and I saw a bunch of guys working on cars. I had my own financing, and they had me out of there in less than 1 hour. It's been about 2 months now, and I still love my BMW.. thanks Boo. You have a customer for life.

It is my second Audi Q5 car. I never had a problem with Audi. Great for a big family. Very comfortable seats and also fast.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

With availability at near zero, this plug-in hybrid exudes luxury and quality throughout. As production has halted due to parts availability (a wire harness WAS made in the Ukraine, it could be over a year before this model is available again. I found one in Southern California (couldn't find a new one, settling on a low mileage 2021 model) and after purchasing, drove it up to Denver. What a fun trip that was! The only negative is I'll take quite some time to learn all of the features of this Prestige model.
