Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Went over and above to have the used car I bought spotless!

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Purchased a 2016 bmw 228i in Sept of '21. I've had this for 2 years now, and NO ISSUES! 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the front brakes didn't sound right. They replaced the pads and rotors, at no charge! A relaxed and exellent experience.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!
