I took the 1 hour trip to this dealership on 11/24/18 after doing hours worth of research on the one, specific vehicle that I was looking for (2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 550) with them having one in stock. Finding this specific vehicle for sale is extremely rare as I only located approximately 20 within a 500 mile radius. I completed an online information request the day before and within minutes of sending same I was contacted by phone by brand specialist, Stephen Dorn. Mr. Dorn confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and available for viewing and a test ride. Considering that this vehicle was the exact year, color, had all the options desired, and its general new appearance and what I would consider very fairly, competitively priced and I made the appointment to view same immediately the next day. Upon arrival, Mr. Dorn retrieved the vehicle and it was exactly as described. It appeared to be in like-new condition and didn't take long for me to agree to purchase it. Mr. Dorn was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I then secured financing through Barry Crincoli on site. I've owned many vehicles but this is by far the one that I have been most excited to own! Thanks to Stephen and Barry for making it happen!!
Hello Car Buys... I recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Bell Audi and my experience with the dealership, and more importantly my salesman Slavik Cucosh was extremely good. The guy went above and beyond to help me and that was for a Used Car. I can only imagine the service he would provide if a New Audi was on the line! If you're in the market for a New Audi or Used car on their lot, do yourself a favor and go see Slavik. Tell him the VW Jetta guy sent you.
After going to 5 different dealerships and getting the run around it was freshing to go to a dealership and dealt with straight up individuals. Aubrey was my sales rep and he guide me thru the process seamlessly. I had several concerns with the vehicle and it was great to have someone put your mind at easy. Barry was the finance manager that I dealt with who did a great job explaining ever document that needed to be signed and gave me advice as it relates to my credit. I had the pleasure of also meeting the General Manger who was extremely welcoming. My only criticism is that the process and wait time was long. I was sitting and staring into the air a few times but overall an amazing experience
We live in NC and purchase a beautiful 2017 BMW 540i from them after reviewing on truecar.com. Office forgot to send us the title at first but they resend it later by UPS. Car is beautiful, we love it! Excellent service from Steve! He replied every question and is always available for help.
The buying experience I had a with Sarasota Audi was the best experience I’ve had with buying a new car. Tom Clancy helped me with my first Audi purchase. Tom was very personable, knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, transparent, and considered my needs and best interest before his own. Dealerships are known for taking buyers to the cleaners, but Tom and his colleagues made sure this wasn’t my experience. I recommend buying from Audi Sarasota and asking for Tom Clancy to assist you. I purchased a slightly used 2018 Giulia which had exactly the options I was looking for. Being out of state the process took a little long but overall got it done without major setbacks. Once at the dealership it only took an hour to be on the road. Car had some blemishes that obviously were not advertised and wasn’t cleaned properly inside or out but since I had a 15 hour drive back I wasn’t too concerned. Overall I would recommend them but expect to detail your own car.

We had purchased a Q5 in 2015 and loved the car. We decided to check out the newer Q5. Our salesperson Jonathan was very knowledgeable and explained all of the upgrades to this model. After spending some time with the car we decided to buy the newer model. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful We never felt any pressure. We once again enjoyed our experience at Audi Stratham!
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
