On my annual visit I decided to wait for my service. I needed an oil and brake fluid change. I asked my dear service advisor, Aaron and he said 1.5 hrs. I thought, let me relax and wait. They have a very comfortable waiting area with wifi and comfy chairs, water, great coffee machine, Time passed quickly and my car was ready. Very friendly staff and excellent service!!

Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase process and communication was clear at each step. However, no complimentary accessories were provided?not even a trunk cargo cover.

I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.

Absolutely the most versatile car available. The perfect combination of a sedan, wagon, hatch, and a coupe. The EA839 is a great power plant. Economic all with a great balance of power.

Let’s just start by saying my family is a loyal Audi family! I currently have an A3 e-tron wagon and just helped my daughter purchase an older (2007) sport A3wagon from a Volvo dealership. The leather interior is so beautiful and holds its value, the dash is fun and sporty and easy to use. And the power and turning radius is one of the big bonuses of this car-especially in rainy wet conditions like Seattle has.

I had a very complex issue and I know everyone there had a hand in figuring out the way to fix the issue and Joseph, Adam, and Chiane were the best thanks again I am sure I will be back as soon as I need my first oil change….

It was overall a surprisingly great experience overall purchasing this car from Audi of Bellevue. What made the most difference is working with Ardit. This man was probably the most honest and easiest sales person I've ever worked with during a car purchase. I truly appreciated his communication skills and no pressure sales approach which is very refreshing. If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

Over a year driving my Etron, no issues and averaging 68 mpg. Drives like a sports car and a pretty good acceleration. Highly recommend with heated seats and all the bells and whistles. I could not drive a Prius

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know
