Paul Gifford, Cody, and Shawna Coyle, are absolutely the best at what they do. Great work ethics, personable, great understanding of his customers needs, and great situational awareness. I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Bill was super low key and helpful. Not pushy just letting us look at what we wanted and allowing us to test drive. Once we decided on the car the transaction went quick. They came with a very fair offer on our trade and found a great loan through a credit union. Thank you everyone that helped get me in my new Soul!
Salesman did a great job and delivered the car to my house and thoroughly went through the workings with me and my son. Only minor issue is that he said he was going to follow up with a call a few days later and didn't. Also, we bought a new A4 that when delivered had scratches in the paint and on the hood.
He said they would buff out the scratches but we still haven't heard from him.
We just purchased a 2018 Audi Q 5 from Audi Carlsbad.We were fortunate to have Lucas Kielar as our sales person. His level of professionalism, expertise, and follow up, far surpassed any service we ever received in the past. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past from Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus, and even Audi, but never did we receive the exceptional service one would come to expect when investing in these types of vehicles like we received from Lucas. He made the purchase seamless. He even took photographs of our new car while we waited to sign the papers, and continually followed up with us after the purchase to answer any questions we had and took the time to meet with us to go over the many features of the vehicle. He deserves a 5 Star Review! We love our Audi and look forward to visiting the Audi Carlsbad for any future service needs we may have. The dealership is top notch, and they are lucky to have Lucas Kielar as a representative.
This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
