After deciding on the vehicle we wanted he and other employees made the purchase go quickly, and we were not pressured to buy other products or services. We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Everything was planned and went well. They fixed it in one day which was really important to me since I did not have another mode of transportation.

I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.

I have owned a number of Audi cars and this is by far the best I have driven. It is very quiet and smooth and the acceleration is the best aspect of the car. I purchased it used with low mileage and it is a great value. This car will be memorable.

This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!
