Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Love this car. Had it for 3 years now. I would recommend getting a after market intake and intercooler.. stock is was to small.. they put in a a4 intercooler to s4 which cause some issues if you live in a hot state like I do.

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. If you are looking for a friendly, low pressure experience..then Surprise Ford should be your first stop. Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). We wasted time again and again test driving vehicles that the sales team wouldn't work with us on price. ..even though they knew our cash cap before the test drive. Finally a friend suggested to take a ride out to Surprise Ford..sure what's one more dealership, right? What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time

This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

This sleeper is a very exciting car to drive. with 4 wheel torque vectoring and a supercharged engine she drives like a Porsche or BMW M for a lot less money ( and tickets)

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!
