Excellent service and my Mercedes EQS arrived to my job and was delivered inside a closed trailer. It was easy working with Da Vinci Automotive as they have many EVs to choose from. I connected with my salesperson, Deni, who was very prompt whenever I had a question. I wired the money on Monday and got my EQS by Wednesday. Good communication and I recommend browsing their inventory. Will be coming back next time to upgrade.

Purchased a Ferrari 458 from Jason. It was an out-of-state purchase and he was simply great to work with. I also had the car have a Xpel paint protection film installed at time of purchase. His team did an unbelievable job. So impressive that one would have difficulty telling it had a film installed. Jason is quite knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and understands the nuances of each model. Tactical Fleet sets the benchmark which I believe other should strive to achieve.

I’m not new to BMWs—I previously owned a 2003 5 Series and currently have a 2009 M5—so I understand the maintenance and upkeep that comes with these vehicles. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.
