Great customer service, quick to trade and buy car

I was able to get decent trade on old car and bought new car quick and simple. They guided me through the process since this was my second car first time solo. Great service when I went there enjoyed the process not bad.
Austin Thomason was awesome. Answered all my questions and threw the vehicle on the lift no problem. He even sent me a video of the vehicle before I flew down to look at it. In and out. Such a smooth process. A++
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

After going through the nerve-wracking process of searching for a quality used car online, I found myself at the Collection to test drive my top three picks (all of which happened to be at the Collection...if that tells you anything about their inventory). Austin Thomason was my sales associate and he was AMAZING!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, as far as performance, history, longevity, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the market for a new luxury car to use the Collection and ask for Austin personally!
I was thinking about buying a car online (without personally see it). Even though I ended up not buying it (because of color), I thought the salesman was excellent, really knew the spec's on the car and really guided me thru the process. I would definitely contact them again on another car.
Friendly efficient sale. Austin was pleasant to work with. These guys don't budge on price, yet do offer acceptable pricing. I would recommend this business to a friend. I'm excited about the Porsche I have.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
To the staff members that assisted me, from the start to end, of the sale/commitment in keeping in their highest professionalism, loyalty and respect to me. I was a client, not as a customer, thank you to the Manager and staff, 5 star in courtesy and in sales.
I purchased a 2014 ML350 Mercedes. It is like new like many of the used cars that Coast to Coast sells. This is the sixth car that I have purchased from them. My sales rep was a gentleman named Jay Bechara.
Jay was great and made our purchase very easy.
