I have been looking for a new/used Lotus and one of the concerns I've had was finding a reliable service dealer. The best choices I was aware of was in Chicago or St. Louis. Upon further research, I came across Gator Motors in Indianapolis as a Certified Lotus Dealer and service provider. I happened to find a Lotus I was interested in there and contacted Brian Henry, the sales manager, to see if I could check it out. Unfortunately, the Lotus had sold but my wife and I still decided to visit. Brian was very gracious and took the time to give us a complete tour of the the dealership, current inventory, service department and introduce us to all the staff. Everyone was very friendly by taking a moment to receive us and tell us of their passion for Lotus and the other brands of exotics they sell and service. I was also introduced to T.J., their certified Lotus mechanic/technician, whom I heard of worked at Fox Valley, IL, and came highly respected. Brian further gave me a thrilling test drive that I will never forget in a naturally aspirated, slightly modified, 2014 Evora as well as 214 Evora S. I greatly appreciate the welcome I received from Brian and the staff of Gator Motors and feel confident that I will obtain the guidance, professionalism, sales and service that I will come to rely on when purchasing a Lotus. I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. I wanted to really Thank knowleageble, honest, trust worthy sales person Josh who not only helped me throughout the buying process but even after the delivery, was still guiding me if I had any questions. Amazing ethics and honesty, very rare to find nowadays 👏 👌 pls keep it up and get a raise! 😀 definitely recommend him, just do yr due diligence with the lemon squad and don't rush to sign papers. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

This is simply the best automobile in its class available today. Performance is awesome. Comfort and luxury is unparalleled. And it's beautiful to boot. Expensive, but the best.

Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!

Its an excellent SUV with comfort and performance, definitely recommend it. Its a bit quite ride than I prefer therefore I am getting a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition.
