Pro Motorcars review
Amazing experience working with Shawn at Pro Motorcars! I purchased my Porsche from him, and after such a great experience, I came back and purchased my Bentley as well. Shawn made both transactions smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. He’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to high-end and exotic vehicles, communicates clearly, and genuinely takes care of his customers from beginning to end. Finding someone you trust when purchasing cars like a Porsche or Bentley is important, and Shawn has definitely earned my business. If you’re looking for a luxury or exotic vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Shawn. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next one!

Santa Monica GMC review
We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new car from Santa Monica Buick GMC. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our decision. We want to give a special shout-out to Victoria, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. She answered all our questions with patience and clarity, ensuring we fully understood every aspect of the vehicle and the purchase process. What?s even more impressive is that Victoria continues to provide exceptional support even a week after the purchase. A week later, she?s still available and responsive, patiently addressing any questions we have with the same level of professionalism and care. The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Santa Monica Buick GMC made all the difference. It?s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. We?re thrilled with our new car and highly recommend Santa Monica Buick GMC to anyone looking for a top-notch buying experience. Thank you again to Victoria and the entire team for making this such a positive experience!
2012 Bentley Continental GT review
This is a very, very, very, nice car to drive. Extremely quiet and smooth riding. Very powerful, not as fast as my Jaguar, but it weighs a lot more. It corners and handles great for such a heavy luxurious car. The interior is absolutely top shelf. It's a little hard to get into, watch your head. The trunk is quite large, lot's of room for golf clubs. It is light years nicer than my Mercedes. This car really turn's heads.

If you are into exotics like me, I suggest calling Ilusso and specifically Todd Roswell over there. I have bought and sold many cars with them over the years they are always fair and transparent when making a deal. The service is TOP notch. Just call Todd he is the best.
2020 Bentley Continental GT review
Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my 2023 Mercedes-Benz G63. Sean made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a G63 is a big purchase, and Sean made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. If you’re looking for a high-end vehicle and want to work with someone who genuinely takes care of his customers, definitely ask for Sean. I couldn’t be happier with my G63 and the service I received!

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! We look forward to working with you again.

I have to admit I was reluctant to buy online sight unseen. However, David Lin was great to work with. He gave me a video walk around to see the car in detail inside and out. He was no pressure, thorough and fullfilled every detail he said he would. I even got a swag bag with goodies. Delivery was fast professional and courteous. Highly recommend O’Gara of Beverly Hill Thank you!

O'Gara Coach Westlake VillageReviews
O'Gara Coach Westlake Village review
I recently purchased a GranTurismo S from sales associate Kari Lloyd. The process could not have been better. By email I arranged a time with Kari to see the car, and she asked me if I would like a cappuccino when I arrived. I told her my preference, and a cappuccino mocha was waiting for me. She also made scones the night before for me to enjoy while we spoke about the car. I had my eye on a 2011 that was a beautiful Bordeaux exterior with a light beige and black interior. We took a test drive and she showed me some of the features and spoke of others. There was never any pressure sales tactics and the sales manager was very understanding when I said I wanted to explore my financing options over the next few days. Kari kept in touch during that time by email, as I had explained to her that I work at night and sleep during the day. When I had my financing in place I let Kari know and we setup a time to meet on my next day off. Again, she had the scones and another cappuccino mocha waiting for me. I made my offer and within no more than 10 minutes I had a deal. No back and forth between the sales associate and the manager. I was completely done with the deal and had my keys in an hour and a half. Kari took time to explain functions of the car and helped pair the bluetooth from my phone to the media system. They had detailed it, filled it with petrol, made sure the second key was programmed properly and then I was off on my new adventure of owning an Italian exotic car. Just before I left, Kari noticed that something still needed attention in the car and we drove to the service bay where they cleaned a small area of the interior. Kari then let me know that the dealership was holding a car wash for their clients on the weekend following. Even though the event was booked up on their website, she got me on the list and I was treated with the same respect by other members of the team that I met. I highly recommend Kari Lloyd's professionalism and her willingness to provide extras to make one feel welcome and respected. The entire team made me feel like I was their most important customer. These days, I find customer service like that a rare thing indeed.
