BMW of Escondido review
I needed new tires and brakes on my 2014 BMW 535d; and service advisor, Michel Duplessis, was able to guide me through the process in a price efficient manor. He always looks after his customers.

BMW of Escondido review
Richard my service advisor was very helpful, professional and attentive to my vehicles needs, never was rude or pushy, explained the problem and allowed me to make my own decisions. He is definitely a great asset to BMW of Escondido and anywhere he may work. KUDOS to Richard C. Thank you, Rocio

We leased a BMW I4.from BMW Carlsbad. From the minute I walked in I was treated royally. Giovani explained everything an PJ really got me the best deal possible. I was given a tutorial by Giovani who set up all kinds of things for me and explained the car apps to me one by one. I give this experience A+++++++.

BMW of Chula VistaReviews
BMW of Chula Vista review
Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.

BMW of Carlsbad review
I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

CarMax Houston Katy Freeway review
This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .
