As I am learning all the new features of my new 2026 Crosstrek, there are things that pose a challenge. Today I had a problem with the radio and phone system. I immediately called Steven Schwartz and he dropped everything with his friendly and positive attitude to help with my problems. He solicited the help of Tara, who without missing a beat, came out in the freezing cold to troubleshoot my car problems and DID!! What a great duo and assets to your dealership. It is always such a pleasure to deal with them. In addition, I would like to acknowledge Nick, who also came out in the freezing cold to adjust the air pressure in my new tires. The customer service provided at your dealership is unparalleled by any other dealership I have worked with, and your staff, especially these three should be recognized. Great combination of performance and economy. Trunk is very spacious. Has great safety features. No question this will be an enjoyable vehicle to own. A true drivers car.

I didn't end up buying a car this time but they were very helpful with all my questions. There was no pressure. It seemed as if they wanted to make sure that I would not get the car unless it was perfect for me.

The fuel economy was surprisingly good for being so fast. It has 4 driving modes that make it perform like a luxury car or a sports car whatever you feel like for the day, better fuel economy when in regular mode

Excellent experience. When I called, Joe answered all of my questions. Made me feel confident that the car would meet my needs before I spent the time to go and actually see the car. He had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. There were some minor issues which he promised to address. He was flexible on the purchase process allowing me to make a deposit with balance upon pickup. I couldn't get there to pickup the car during the dealership normal hours and Joe came in after hours to meet me to close the deal. He had fixed the minor problems and in the process found one that I missed and had it repaired as well. Made the purchase/paperwork a seamless and effortless process. I drove the car an hour to get back home and it performed as expected. I've been driving it now for a week with no unforeseen problems. All together and excellent experience.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout.
