I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Brought our 22 X5 in for an oil chage. Service was backed up so we were transported back to our rented condo by an employee. We were called when the job was completed and were picked up again at our condo. Both porters were nice, conversant young men. Car passed all checkpoints and our service rep arranged for us to take advantage of a three year oil change program.
