From the moment we walked into the showroom, it was obvious that the rep, Jared, really knew his stuff. We were considering both the Honda Ridgeline and Toyota Tacoma. Jared provided a fair and accurate comparison and guided us toward the lease of the Ridgeline, without making us feel pressured. It was late in the day and below freezing temps, but Jared stayed well beyond closing time to ensure we could take delivery that same day. Kudos to him for his excellent customer care and dedication! Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. BMW 230i with MSport, non-runflat performance tires. Mine, a factory order, was one of the last imported into the U.S. with a manual transmission. The car is fun to drive, is a nimble handler and the engine performance is strong. The weakest link, well documented, is the electrically assisted power steering, which lacks the feedback of the older hydraulic systems. The car is a great long distance cruiser, with the cockpit a comfortable office for long drives. Also a real pleasure on winding and undulating Pennsylvania back roads. The seats are comfortable and supportive, the interior quality high.
