When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. Although my attitude was just over it and I apologized to her after she still was straight forward, didn’t match my energy and gave me an opportunity to get in a car. Hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve had, was browsing online and found a truck that caught my eye, entered my info and received a call from Alex Estrada, told him I was interested in truck but was curious to see what my trade in would be, sent pictures and vin number and received an offer I was content with. Now the only issue was the truck was in Indiana and awaiting chip. Alex kept me in the loop and finally got good news that truck got chip and was enroute to TX. When it arrived I received another call stating it was ready, I drove down from San Antonio the next day to sign, took about 30 min, and I was headed back north. I’ve bought all my vehicles in San Antonio for the last 25 years and I’m a firm believer on “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” , but not 1 dealer in SA could get what I wanted, this dealership had it produced in 2 weeks. I would definitely drive the 3hr one way trip for another purchase. I only give this place 5 stars because there’s not a 10 star button to choose!
