The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. Slow but pleasant. Every person was very much aware of the reason that was at the BMW Towson dealers and automatically placed my car in the appropriate repair line.

This was my first time and I was pleased with the service and overall customer service. A new showroom and I assume customer lounge is under construction. In the meantime, perhaps they can provide some surge protectors and/or a charging station for customers waiting in the temporary space. Thankfully, the chairs were comfy and I was done fairly quickly.

My X5's starter wasn't working and the Rockville dealer was able to get my car in immediately to have it looked at. The mechanics determined that the starter needed to be replaced. Ali worked with the insurance company to cover the repair under my extended warranty. In addition, Ali went above and beyond and offered me a loaner car for over a week so I wouldn't have to postpone my family vacation while my car was being serviced. That's great service!
