Overall amazing experience. Really never have problems with service here. Employees are great and go the extra mile. Might need a snack bar. But waiting area is usually always empty so it is quiet and relaxing

He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Although I didn’t end up making a deal with them, as I am to far upside down in my current car. I will say they were very nice to deal with, salesman I worked with was great, not overly pushy. Overall they were pretty fair and I would recommend them for a new car.

It was easy to schedule the maintenance, I actually waited for the service. It was done in about an hour, and now it drives like a new car. The service writer was very helpful!!

It was a great experience. They took care of me ASAP and work was done on timely manner. The one thing needs to be addressed is when car is completed and you are waiting please call out the name or something. I sat there almost 1/2 hr to 40 minutes and realized my car was done and waiting outside.

Tim, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating when I called back to check for some items we left in the car we traded in. Our only issues were 1. The sticker price on the car did not include all of the ?options? that were actually on the car so we paid more in the end than we thought we would. 2. The dealership would not hold the car for us for 48 hours even with a significant down payment. We had to hurry up and clean out our trade in car and spend quite a bit of time on the paperwork. Since we have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership over the years, we thought the dealership would have valued our customer loyalty. This is by no means the fault of our salesperson. It?s the dealership and corporate.
