Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

This is my second time at BMW of Rockville. Jonathan is an excellent communicator and I was able to prioritize the repairs, including the type of tires I wanted, etc. Additionally, my front bumper was dislodged on one corner and the BMW Collision Repair next door is going to fix it instead of replacing the entire bumper, which one other place had suggested. I highly recommend this dealership. Some items are expensive, but you're not obligated, you can opt for the repairs that are priced competitively.
