Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. 2021 BMW 330 review
This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

BMW of Gwinnett Place review
As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

2018 BMW 330 review
Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

Hennessy Cadillac review
Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2020 BMW 330 review
I love my new BMW 330i Xdrive. This is our 5th BMW in the family, and we love them. As long as you select one that was well taken care of, it will treat you well too. Very stylish, and I LOVE the new dash assembly that they updated. This car had great tech, and is also fun to drive. Hard to believe there is a 4-cylinder under the hood. Good power for a small 4-cylinder, as the twin turbos do a pretty good job making it fun to drive. Highly recommend the new body style, the awesome looking front end, and the amenities inside are a fantastic upgrade.

2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

2021 BMW 330 review
This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

2020 BMW 330 review
Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.
