I was actually looking to buy a 3 series BMW and after multiple test drives, and dissatisfaction, I was on my way to take a break from shopping for a while. What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. I was looking for a specific vehicle within a certain age, condition and budget that they just happened to have recently acquired. After contacting Dean he provided the information I requested (Carfax, condition, etc) very promptly. I made an appointment for the following Saturday and when I arrived the vehicle was parked out front freshly washed and ready to drive. Dean suggested a nice less traveled nearby road to test drive and after looking at a few other similar vehicles in the area I decided to put down a deposit to secure the car. I returned the next week and completed the paperwork and within an hour I was on my way with my new well-maintained and detailed vehicle. Dean and his boss were very professional, courteous and not pushy at all. The business seems to price their vehicles very competitively and rely on profit margins from financing, warranties and the like but if you can avoid those and find a gem like I did you'll be a happy camper! I'll definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle need.
