I have never bought a car this fast and easy. I sent Neeman the car I was interested in. We agreed on all the details, he had the paperwork ready and car cleaned and detailed for me when I got there. I was in and out. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience at BMW of Irondale! CJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with, and he explained every step of the process clearly. The finance team and Noni were excellent and made everything smooth. Drove away in the car of my dreams—highly recommend!

Although very busy on this day, services were quickly seen to. Waiting room was at capacity, but new arrivals found seats as others were returning to their completed vehicles.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.
