CarMax Pleasanton review
Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. She’s very kind and personable. Many thanks
2022 BMW iX review
We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.

I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

I love my iX. Yes, the exterior isn't for everyone, and I have a few bits to pick with iDrive 8--but this is a spectacular car for many use cases. I'm 6-5, and everyone in my family is over 6 feet. Four of us fit quite comfortably. The leather is much nicer than the Sensatec, and though options are pricey, I'm glad we have them--esp drive assist PRO, the B&W stereo, and the dynamic handling and luxury packages. Crazy fast, handles well for a three ton vehicle, and gets lots is positive attention in the world. The B&W stereo slaps.

Issue is too far away and never driven this style of car. If something to see closer to NC let me know.
2022 BMW iX review
I have the IX 50 for 2 months and thus far it has been amazing!! I already drove it 1/2 way across the Country from NJ to St.Louis - taking our son to College-it drives like a dream! 516HP is incredible, it is roomy and comfortable. We do have Driver Assist Pro, Premium Package, Dynamic Handling and Sport.Coming from an X7 we don’t have some of the similar amenities such as soft close doors or hot/cold driver cup holders- so those are the only cons-the way the car performs on the road certainly makes up for it!

2022 BMW iX review
Bought a new IX50 (2 months ago) off the lot so my review is based on not how I would buy it should I have been able to order. My IX has Sensatec seats, Premium package and Dynamic handling. The pros. It is FAST (Needs Oh xxxx Handles). It is FUN. Spacious interior. The technology is great (you don’t need a key to do anything with the car - only your phone and it has a great digital key too) and the computer screen dash. It does take some time getting used to it. The cons and what I would change/order. Sensatec isn’t the must luxurious feel. Get leather. Even with the premium luxury package, it doesn’t automatically come with Active Driving Assistant PRO. Active Driving Assistant is basic and when you pay >90K and get a the luxury/premium package, you should get Active Driving Assistant PRO. Read the differences and order the Active Driving Assitant PRO. It should come with the car but if not standard, it should come with the premium/luxury packages. Finally, many of these cars are not coming with a passenger side LUMBAR SUPPORT/massage as it is being deleted at the factory. BAD IDEA BMW. Not for 90K. The passenger seat doesn’t even have side bolsters or massage. This needs to change. The car is great. I LOVE the tax credit. I LOVE not stopping at a gas station but the price is high for what you get. GET LEATHER. GET ACTIVE DRIVING ASSISTANT PRO. BMW needs to address passenger front seat.

BMW of Murrieta review
I own a 2018 BMW X2. Recently my air conditioner became inoperative blowing hot air out of one side. The diagnosis was that part of the evaporated unit had to be replaced requiring the whole dashboard to be removed. Needless to say this is a complicated repair and an expensive repair. John Crook in the service department did a fantastic job communicating with me, working with me throughout the process and the technicians did an excellent job repairing the problem.
2022 BMW iX review
I happen to love the bold design. The car is much bigger inside than one would expect and comfort is excellent. Like a true BMW it has plenty of power and torque, and is very stable on the road.
