My wife and I had been shopping for a AMG GLE 53 in a very specific configuration for about 6 months when we found it at Mercedes of Beaverton. I called ahead since we were from out of town and spoke with Mehdi. Mehdi was knowledgeable, responsive and a gentleman. This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

Not built for comfort, built for speed. The CS interior is minimalist. When you slide into it, there’s no question what you are there for. The car will snap your head back and paste you up against the door panel—“Freude am fahren”—form follows function. Like they said of the Spitfire in the Battle of Britain, you don’t sit in it, you wear it.
