I want to specifically recognize Jae Lim for his professionalism, integrity, and follow through. After the deal was completed and I took delivery of the vehicle, Jae remained fully engaged and took ownership of several post sale items that required coordination with multiple parties. This included sourcing a missing cargo cover, ordering and installing OEM parts, arranging detailing, and ensuring the vehicle was returned in the condition promised. Despite real logistical challenges and dependencies outside of his direct control, Jae was punctual, transparent, and proactive. He met me exactly as agreed, left his own vehicle to make things work, completed the detailing, filled the gas tank, installed the missing items, and personally delivered the car at the agreed time.
