Oil change went well. They did brake fluid and rotate tires. All went fine. Did take over three hours and I did have s as n appointment

I needed air in my tire. Went to the dealership without my key fob. Turns out I needed a new tire rather than just air. Service would not change the tire without having the key fob. I insisted that the digital key on my phone would be just fine. Once we got past that hurdle, the work was done promptly. No complaints.

I had an issue with my coolant that could not be identified when I went to another dealer. When I went to BMW Northfield, they were able to figure out what was wrong and fix everything really quickly. They were also very helpful!

I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience.
