Great overall experience. Casey was good to work with in sales. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. Prices were better than nearby dealerships for similar used models. Slight hiccup with the business office team during pickup. They couldn’t find my paperwork from a couple days before. It caused a few minutes delay but the team was professional and helpful throughout. Hopefully titling and registration goes quickly.

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! My service advisor, Bryan, provided great customer service and was able to answer all of my questions. He also took the time to ask me a couple of times if there were other repair items to be added to the service order. I’m glad that he did because when I originally called and spoke to an appointment scheduler to reschedule from my original appointment, I had requested to add 2 more repair items, but they were missing from the order. If Bryan has not asked, the 2 items would not have been completed. Also, my repairs were completed very quickly.
