BMW of Mountain View review
I was interested in buying a used BMW X5 PHEV, with a specific list of features. I searched the websites, Southern CA & Northern CA. Found a potential vehicle at BMW of Mountain View. For me going to BMW of Mountain View was about a 140 mile RT, so I wanted to be confident that the vehicle was as advertised and the vehicle was being offered at a competitive price. Harvey, my BMW of Mountain View salesman, promptly provided to me the information I needed to commit to pursue a deal, and he agreed to hold the car until I had a chance to get to their showroom. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.

The car meets all my needs. Comfortable easy to handle quiet and fun to drive. Plenty of space for carrying everything. Totally love the ride.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2017 BMW X3 review
Way too many features to list and handles great! Probably the best suv available. We did a lot of comparison shopping on line, and this was the best combination of price and features within a 500 mile radius.
