STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I requested information on a vehicle at Westborough Toyota and they were very responsive in an appropriate manner. While I did not end up visiting their location, I found them to be attentive and kind when I said I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Very good customer service.

I came to look for my next car. I was greeted by Mark I don't remember his last name. He was great very polite and professional. He shows me some of the cars he knew what he was talking about and i didn't feel like he was there just to make a sale. Unfortunately i didn't buy this time due to the fact that I will need to sale my car first. But i diffnatly comming back and buying a car .

Way too many features to list and handles great! Probably the best suv available. We did a lot of comparison shopping on line, and this was the best combination of price and features within a 500 mile radius.

They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
