STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I worked with Jes Fosberg to get a recalled part on my F150 replaced, and the expertise was excellent. She was professional, quick to respond to texts, extremely helpful, and very accommodating. She even offered a ride share or a dealer vehicle while my truck was in the shop. Based solely on the customer service I received from Jes, I would recommend Bellevue AutoNation Ford.

She was always very courteous, even when I was not. 4. She was extremely patient during the money transfer process. As a result I was able to purchase the vehicle. 5. The car was exceptionally clean. Never got good answer on phone charger not working. All miscommunication he told me were resolved. He never talked to manager. He made decisions on the negotiations.
