My overall experience with Naples Mercedes Benz was excellent. In my many, many years of auto purchases, Dairon Niebla set a new standard for auto dealer sales associates. This includes domestic, foreign, midrange and lux brands. He is affable, professional and efficient in every aspect of the transaction. There was a need for a small service issue, he and Herm (service writer) were both the pinnacle of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Because I purchased the car while we were in Naples for the winter season, I needed to have the car shipped home to Ohio. Dairon offered leads of reputable carriers to consider. 2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.
