Excellent dealership with great people working there. I would like to give a special mention to Bryan Olivares. Bryan is a great guy, I was going to make my way to the dealership to get my new car but had no way of getting there other than waiting in prime time for a taxi. He called me and said he would come and pick me up, no problem. That's what I call great customer service and looking after your customers, as he did not have to do that. He also sorted out the registration and the licensing for me on the car. I appreciate that and the service I received. CarMax Sanford review
Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Great service however my vehicle was serviced prior for a leak and it was identified but they didn't look or offer to further find it to get it resolved. I have a vehicle warranty on my my that could have paid for the repair but the team did not go the extra mile to at least find the leak. They also charge 400 dollars just for diagnostic on the vehicle. Inbound, when changing my battery they told me that if I buy the battery from them they would waive the diagnostic fee. I never paid for diagnostics on my vehicle at the BMW dealer in downtown Houston Texas. I was somewhat disappointed with that.
